Initial Consultation — $249 (90 minutes)
Before we meet, you’ll complete a detailed intake form covering your history, daily rhythms, diet, digestion, sleep, medications, and emotional terrain. You’ll also submit a tongue photo. I review all of this before our first session.
The initial consultation is a thorough first reading. We establish your constitutional pattern, map your current imbalances, review your timeline, and identify the direction of the work. You leave with an initial set of dietary and lifestyle recommendations and a clear sense of what we’re working with.
Follow-Up Consultation — $129 (50 minutes)
Ongoing accompaniment. We track how your body is responding, adjust protocols, refine herbal and dietary support, and recalibrate as conditions shift. The work is iterative — we observe, adjust, observe again.
Packages
5 Sessions — $690 1 Initial + 4 Follow-Ups
A foundation. Enough time to identify your constitution, read the current imbalance, and build a working protocol of diet, lifestyle, and herbal support. For those beginning this work or navigating a specific, contained concern.
10 Sessions — $1,250 1 Initial + 9 Follow-Ups
For more complex terrain — autoimmune conditions, long-term burnout, significant dietary and lifestyle restructuring, recovery from addiction. The depth that comes from sustained observation across seasons, cycles, and the body’s own pace of change.
1-Year Accompaniment — $3,000 25 Sessions
Full ecological engagement. Seasonal recalibration, sustained herbal and dietary support, and the kind of navigation that only becomes possible when someone has been reading your terrain over time. This is for those who know the work is long and want a steady presence alongside it.

In-Person Bodywork — Montréal
Currently paused. The Montreal practice reopens May 2026.
For new clients:
100$ / 60 minutes | 150$ / 90 minutes
The initial session may run longer to allow for a complete anamnesis.
Sliding Scale – For Returning Clients Only
Illness is not distributed equally, and neither are resources. The in-person practice operates on a sliding scale adapted from the Green Bottle model.
Surplus — 140$/hr ; 180$/90min: For those with ample resources who wish to sustain the practice for others.
Standard — 100$/hr; 140$/90min The sustainable rate.
Solidarity — 60$/hr; 100$/90min: For those with limited resources, students, or those facing economic hardship.
Crisis — 25$/hr; 50$/90min: Reserved for those in acute financial survival. Limited availability.
Insurance
Massage therapy receipts are available for insurance providers that cover these services. Ayurvedic consultation is not currently eligible for insurance reimbursement in Quebec.
Cancellation
24 hours notice required. Less than that, and the fee stands.
