We're a small, yet fiercely ambitious software studio building native apps for Apple platforms.
Cross-platform development definitely has its place, and projects like Bluesky are incredibly inspiring. But when it comes to Swift, we can't resist. The syntax is clean, the language is well-designed, and the performance is native to the hardware. Pair that with SwiftUI and building interfaces becomes genuinely enjoyable — declarative, composable, and tightly integrated with every Apple platform. There are tradeoffs, sure, but the playground that Apple frameworks offer is one we really enjoy building in.
Sparkle is a community litter reporting app for iOS. Spot litter in your neighborhood, report it in seconds, and track cleanups over time. We built it with SwiftUI and Supabase, and it's fully open source under Apache 2.0. Sparkle is also our proving ground for Apple frameworks. Each release adopts new platform capabilities like TipKit, Charts, and SensitiveContentAnalysis.
DeadCat is a native macOS DAW purpose-built for long-form documentary audio. Where most DAWs optimize for music, DeadCat is designed around hours-long recordings, transcript-driven editing, and the workflows documentary teams actually use. We're building it on AVAudioEngine with on-device speech processing. It's in active development.
Private by default. We build apps with no ads, no trackers, and privacy-friendly analytics only. We prefer on-device processing when possible, and we use Sign in with Apple over third-party authentication.
Accessible and open. Accessibility is a standard, not an option, and we do our best to build in the open.
Quality over speed. We care about the small things. Every decision starts with the user, and nothing ships until it's right.
