Newer Linux systems (Ubuntu, CentOS) do not contain
libdl.soby default: they switched tolibdl.so.2. So we try it first.Also refactored
LibraryLoaderto share code between Linux and Mac (really any POSIX systems).Does this close any currently open issues?
