Hi everyone,

I am attempting to renew my faculty education benefits, and I am unable to do so. The photograph that I submitted is of an employment verification letter and my faculty ID. I'm told the issues that I need to address are:

• "Your document does not appear to indicate you as a faculty member." -- the letter lists my title as "Associate Professor of Practice", and the ID says "FACULTY/STAFF".
• "Please ensure that your academic affiliation document contains your last name exactly as it appears in your GitHub billing information." -- it's "Bohn" on the letter, the ID, and the billing information.
• "Please ensure that your academic affiliation document contains your first name exactly as it appears in your GitHub billing information." -- it's "Christopher" on the letter, the ID, and the billing information.
• "You are unlikely to be verified until you have completed your GitHub user profile with your full name exactly as it appears in your academic affiliation document." -- it's "Christopher Bohn" on the letter, the ID, and the user profile.

What am I failing to do?
