Although they\u00a0operate\u00a0differently, <strong>OSTEM<\/strong> and <strong>Pathways<\/strong> are connected parts of NASA\u2019s workforce pipeline:\u00a0<br><br> &#8211; <strong>OSTEM<\/strong> builds technical skills and gives students hands\u2011on exposure to NASA missions.\u00a0<br> &#8211;
